How do we design leadership programmes that truly strengthen people, teams, and organisations?

Join this Fabo session to explore and learn from leadership development programmes created by Fabo members. Together we will look at different approaches, formats and target groups, and discuss what helps leadership initiatives create real impact in civil society organisations.

During the session, we will:

• Hear concrete examples of leadership programmes from Fabo members
• Reflect on what has worked well – and what has been challenging
• Exchange ideas, tools and practices that can be adapted to different contexts
• Explore opportunities for collaboration and peer support across the community

This session is open to Fabo members who are designing, running or interested in leadership programmes – whether you are just starting or already have experience.
