Cost-efficient digital learning platform and a culture of sharing and exchange

As we navigate the uncertainties brought about by COVID-19, many of us are changing the way we learn and work. Is your organisation also moving your face-to-face workshops and trainings online? Are you looking for a centralised platform to host all your learning resources and materials? Do you need a place for your participants and learners to meet and exchange ideas? If you answered yes to these questions, you’ve come to the right place.

The Fabo Learning Community is a digital learning platform and a network of global civil society organisations that can help you and your organisation transform your learning activities. Find out more below.

Why Fabo?

A learning community for global CSOs

Established in 2020, the Fabo Learning Community is a growing community of 19 member organisations and over 10,000 learners.

Fabo is a member-driven learning community for civil society organisations and we are brought together by a shared passion and belief in learning as an empowering vehicle for change. Dedicated to shared learning technology and learning resources, we bring organisations and learners together in our pursuit of enhancing capacity sharing and building.

Membership is for organisations whereas individuals are welcome to create free user profiles to access open learning activities.

What our members are saying

“For us, in Africa, we prefer face-to-face but when you combine digital with face-to-face, the cost of learning will drastically go down and you will be able to reach so many in terms of learners and audience. And with Fabo, you also have so much learning material from other organisations too.”

Phyllis Kamau, Programme Manager, National Council of Churches Kenya, Kenya

“We’ve worked with Fabo for months now and it’s been super easy to use. And we can borrow ideas from each other and use each other’s resources.”

Lisa Henry, Secretary General, International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims, Denmark
