Safeguarding broadly means preventing harm to people – and the environment – in the delivery of development and humanitarian assistance.

This new Safeguarding course was specifically designed for members of the ACT Alliance.

This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools needed to protect the people we serve, as well as those within the ACT member organisations. It covers essential measures to prevent and respond to abuse or harm that may arise from our staff, programmes, or communications, ensuring that our commitment to safety and dignity is upheld across all activities. This course will help you and your team to build a robust understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
